Refund policy

We cannot accept returns for personal reasons. Please note that we cannot accept returns or refunds for digital content.

In the case of defective products, we will refund the purchase price after confirming the defect based on a photo attached to an email sent within 7 days of arrival.

If you wish to receive a refund for a defective product, please contact us by email within 7 days of receiving the product.

※Please note that we cannot accept defective products that meet the following conditions.

・Products received more than 7 days after delivery

・Used products

・Products where the recipient's address differs from the order recipient's address (excluding defective products)

The procedure is as follows:

1: Within 7 days of receiving the product, send the following information via email:

・Your name

・Home address

・Email address

・Product name and number

・Details of the defect (please include photos if the product is damaged)

• Order number (listed in the order confirmation email you received)

2: Once your email is confirmed, we will guide you through the refund process.
